Privacy Policy

The short honest version: we run this site on as little personal data as possible, because that’s the same discipline we sell.

1. Controller

The controller is Leonardo Irimia (pre-launch operator of Disclosura). Data-protection contact, active now: contact@disclosura.eu. Every right listed below can be exercised at that address today. Checkout is not open and no payments are accepted; before checkout opens, the operating company will be registered and its full details (legal entity, registered address, registration number, VAT ID) published here.

2. What we collect and why (GDPR Art. 6(1) bases in brackets)

  • Analytics — none. This site currently loads no analytics or tracking script at all, and sets no cookies of any kind. That is why you see no cookie banner. If we later add a cookieless, EU-hosted counter, the changelog will say so before it happens.
  • The free check. Your 8 answers are processed in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers unless you buy the Kit or request the PDF; then they travel with your order to personalize your deliverables [contract]. A “delete my answers” button exists on the check page.
  • Email. The waitlist only, for one purpose: to tell you when checkout opens [consent]. The form is processed by our own server (Hostinger) — no third-party form service, no newsletter, no marketing list. Write to contact@disclosura.eu and we delete your address.
  • Payments — none. Checkout is not open: this site cannot take a payment, so no payment data of any kind is collected or transmitted.
  • Widget. The widget serves a static script and does not track your visitors, set cookies, or collect their personal data. Infrastructure logs aggregate, IP-truncated request counts for capacity and abuse prevention [legitimate interest].

3. Retention

Order data: as long as tax law requires. Emails: until unsubscribe or deletion request. Check answers in your browser: until you clear them.

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and complaint to your supervisory authority. Write to contact@disclosura.eu; we answer within 30 days.

5. Processors

Hostinger (hosting, email and the waitlist form — form data stays on our own server), under their GDPR data-processing terms. No payment or email-marketing provider processes your data today; when checkout opens we will add both, named here and in the changelog before they receive any data.

6. Our promises

No sale of data. No advertising trackers. No dark patterns. If we ever add a processor, the changelog will say so before it happens.
