- 14-day refund, no questions. If the Kit isn’t what you expected, email us within 14 days and we refund you. (You keep the knowledge; we keep our reputation.)
- Cancel Updates anytime. One click in the email footer or in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Your widget keeps working at its last version.
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record — they are the seller on your invoice, and they calculate, collect and remit EU VAT at checkout based on your country.
- Why €49 and not €19? Cheaper tools sell you a text file. We deliver implementation: a hosted, updatable widget, personalized texts, labels, and a record. If you only want a generated paragraph, cheaper options exist and we won’t pretend otherwise.
- Why not free? Because the real product is upkeep. A price keeps us accountable to paying customers, not advertisers or data sales. (We run cookieless analytics and sell no data — see Privacy.)
