What Disclosura is, and what it is not.

Disclosura provides technical implementation tools: software, generated texts, templates, and monitoring related to the transparency duties of Article 50, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “EU AI Act”).

  • Not legal advice. We are not a law firm; no attorney-client relationship arises. Content reflects our reading of official sources, cited in place. For legal certainty consult a qualified lawyer.
  • No compliance guarantee. Using our tools does not make you “compliant” — no product honestly can. We implement described transparency measures and document them.
  • Scope limits, stated loudly. We do not assess high-risk classification (AI Act Chapter III), prohibited practices (Art. 5), GPAI-model duties, or any law beyond the cited provisions. Our check tells you when your answers point outside our scope.
  • Currency of information. Guidance evolves; we track it publicly (changelog) and update the widget and materials as needed. Between updates, official sources prevail: EUR-Lex.
  • Our own AI use. Parts of this site are produced with AI assistance, human-reviewed before publication; AI-generated media is labeled. Practicing Article 50 on ourselves is deliberate.
