Which AI transparency duties apply to you?

What this check covers — and what it doesn’t.

This check maps the transparency duties of Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). It does not assess whether your AI use counts as “high-risk” under the Act — those are separate rules, phasing in through August 2028, and they need case-by-case legal analysis. If your answers point anywhere near them, we’ll say so and recommend a lawyer. Read the official law text.
