3 · The labeling pack
Visible labels: copy-paste HTML/CSS badges and caption templates (“AI-generated image”) for web and social.
Metadata guidance: how to check your AI tools apply machine-readable marks (Art. 50(2)) and how to avoid stripping them when editing/exporting. Marking applies since 2 August 2026; tools already on the market before that date have until 2 December 2026 (2026 AI Omnibus).
4 · Your PDF record
A branded document: which Article 50 duties apply to you (with citations), what was implemented, and when. If a customer, partner, or authority ever asks “what did you do about AI transparency?” — you hand them this.
